Sweet Cider Jelly.
INGREDIENTS
2 pints (1130ml) Sweet Apple Cider
3 1⁄4 lb (1.5kg) Sugar
1 Bottle Certo
METHOD
- Put the cider and sugar into a large saucepan and mix well.
- Heat gently, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the Certo.
- Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute.
- Skim, pot and cover in the usual way.cider
MAKES 5lb OF JELLY.
