Plum Jam - Sugar Free
INGREDIENTS
2 lb (900g) Plums
3 fl.oz (90ml) Apple Juice Concentrate
1⁄2 Bottle Certo
METHOD
- Use only good quality plums, wash well.
- Stone fruit and chop finely.
- Place chopped fruit and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 10 minutes.
- Add Certo, then pot immediately.
- Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within 2 weeks.
MAKES 2lb OF JAM
N.B. Mould may grow if product is made or stored incorrectly – discard if this occurs.
