SWEET CIDER JELLY


Ingredients

2 pints (1130ml) Sweet Apple Cider
3 1⁄4 lb (1.5kg) Sugar
1 Bottle Certo

Method
  • Put the cider and sugar into a large saucepan and mix well.
  • Heat gently, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the Certo.
  • Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute.
  • Skim, pot and cover in the usual way.cider

MAKES 5lb OF JELLY.
