PLUM JAM – SUGAR FREE


Ingredients

2 lb (900g) Plums
3 fl.oz (90ml) Apple Juice Concentrate
1⁄2 Bottle Certo

Method
  • Use only good quality plums, wash well.
  • Stone fruit and chop finely.
  • Place chopped fruit and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 10 minutes.
  • Add Certo, then pot immediately.
  • Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within 2 weeks.

MAKES 2lb OF JAM

N.B. Mould may grow if product is made or stored incorrectly – discard if this occurs.
